We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Conference Delegate Sales Executive to join our events team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling delegate passes to senior professionals for our conferences and summits.

Your focus will be on reaching out to potential attendees, explaining the value of the event, and helping them register to attend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell delegate tickets for conferences via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research and identify the right target audience for each event
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of attending our conferences
  • Build relationships with professionals and decision-makers across industries
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication and sales in the CRM
  • Work closely with marketing and event teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in selling conference delegate tickets, or event registrations
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in events or B2B environment, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
  • able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a constant sense of urgency
  • Always self-motivated, target-driven and ready to take initiative, follow up quickly, and keep up with registration goals and timelines
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
