Job Scope:

1. Financial Oversight

- Accountable for the company’s financial performance, including weekly and monthly reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Approve hiring, and incentives within budgetary constraints.
- Analyze profit margins and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Approve contracts, invoices, and significant expenditures to ensure financial discipline.

2. Quality Compliance and Brand Management

- Conduct monthly site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review and monitor managers’ weekly and monthly summary reports for operational updates.
- Lead weekly meetings with all managers and leaders to track progress and ensure alignment with monthly plans.

3. Strategic Growth & Development

- Monitor and track progress on achieving company KPIs, particularly in sales and revenue.
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with its mission and positioning.
- Propose tools or asset upgrades to drive growth.

4. Leadership & Talent Management

- Identify and recruit top talent from the market to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
- Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities through structured training, assessments, and appraisals.
- Enforce HR protocols, including promotions, terminations, and performance reviews.
- Propose and implement incentive plans to motivate and retain team members.

Requirement:
- Have own laptop, strong wifi at home
- At least 5 years experience in managerial role
- At least 5 years experience in hospitality industry
- Own transport

Working Hours & Location:
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, multiple vacation rental buildings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
