We are looking for a motivated and confident Sponsorship Sales Executive to sell sponsorship and exhibition packages for our Series Event & Conferences. Your main job is to connect with potential sponsors, explain the benefits of partnering with our events, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for conferences and events
- Research and reach out to potential sponsors and partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable event packages
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Work with internal teams to deliver what’s promised to sponsors
- Keep track of sales activity and progress
- Attend events in-person or virtual to support sponsors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in events or B2B environment, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
- able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a constant sense of urgency
- Always self-motivated, target-driven and ready to take initiative, follow up quickly, and keep up with sales pipeline.
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently
