Job Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to cafe standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness.
Assist in receiving and stocking kitchen supplies.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Passion for cooking and food preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen procedures.
Prior experience in a kitchen is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided!
