  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:o Identify and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.o Provide personalized property recommendations and address client inquiries promptly.• Market Analysis:o Conduct market research to understand property trends, pricing, and competition.o Prepare detailed market reports for clients to assist in decision-making.• Property Sales & Leasing:o Promote properties through online listings, open houses, and marketing campaigns.• Site Visits & Inspections:o Organize and conduct property viewings with potential clients.o Ensure properties are presented in the best possible condition.• Administrative Tasks:o Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.• Strong understanding of the local property market and industry regulations.• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
