About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Sales Operation to join our client a Regional IT Security. Based in Johor Bahru, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual passionate about delivering top-tier administrative support and enhancing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including local office operations, quotation creation, purchase order (PO) processing, and Request for Procurement (RFP) submissions to the regional team.
- Sales Operations: Support the field sales team with daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce best practices to optimize performance.
- CRM Management: Maintain data quality in the CRM system by daily monitoring of new leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts; facilitate pipeline reviews and ensure timely updates by salespeople.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc insights to sales leaders and cross-functional teams; monitor KPIs, SLAs, and sales metrics to drive performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in tools and processes, propose enhancements, and document workflows to improve sales efficiency and activity.
- Onboarding & Training: Assist with sales team onboarding, set up new hires in sales applications, and create training materials for new tools or systems.
- Project Leadership: Lead specific operational projects from start to finish, representing the interests of Sales Leadership and Operations as a subject-matter expert.
- Partner & Deal Support: Process deal registrations on principal partner portals, follow up on inbound leads, and manage Halodata’s partnership registration process with potential resellers.
