- Accurately process customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers, suppliers/factories and internal operations team about order confirmations, production updates, shipping updates, and any delays.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns according to company policies.
- Manage the entire order cycle from order receipt to shipment, coordinating closely with the sales team, customers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Update customer and forwarder portals to assign orders to suppliers, manage purchase order acceptance, and adjust delivery dates when necessary (for select customers only).
- Maintain accurate data in the internal system, including updating customer requirements, profiles, and price lists.
- Resolve discrepancies or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administration support for internal and external as needed and ensure proper documentation and e-filing.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM, STPM, UEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer oriented mindset, well-organized, and capable of handling high volumes of orders and emails.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin Speakers candidates will be added as an advantages as need to liaise with China counterpart.
- Willing to be based at Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor (accessible by LRT)
