- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, forms, and basic transactions.
- Input and update data accurately into the system.
- Ensure all records, reports, and documentation are properly maintained and up to date.
- Organize, scan, and archive important documents.
- Ensure proper confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Job requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service-related role.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Speak in mandarin
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to branch procedures.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an advantage
