As part of our expansion, the new Sales & Marketing Executive will be working under RakanKerja, helping to grow our local recruitment services and secure new clients.

In addition to our recruitment services, we are also developing a Centralized Labour Quarters (CLQ)—a large-scale accommodation project for both local and foreign workers. Once completed, this will be the first CLQ in Selangor, offering well-managed, high-quality housing solutions that meet industry and government standards.

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our recruitment service agency. Your key role will involve finding potential clients, generating sales, and bringing in orders to grow the business. You will also need to maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage with companies requiring recruitment services.
  • Generate sales and secure orders from new and existing clients.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel to meet clients and conduct face-to-face meetings as needed.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and provide reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
