  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
They're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth and brand visibility. This role involves overseeing the entire sales and marketing function, including lead generation, customer acquisition, campaign development, and brand management. You will be responsible for setting targets, analyzing market trends, and guiding a passionate team towards achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Set and monitor sales and marketing targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance evaluation across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, operational costs, and team resources.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire both the sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of industry contacts to generate consistent sales leads.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Proven ability to consistently generate leads, follow through, and close deals.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, offline marketing, and billboard advertising.
  • Highly creative, performance-oriented, and passionate about building brand presence.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
