Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible to lead offices of sales associates who offer goods and services to customers. Their primary function is to manage this team to create profits for their company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Conducting client meetings and providing support, information and tailored solutions.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to optimize team performance.
- Compiling and presenting comprehensive sales performance reports as required.
- Driving sales growth and ensuring the profitability of accounts.
- Contract negotiations to get the best deal for the customer and the company
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher education, preferably in Business.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality and goal-oriented approach.
- Fast learner and passion for sales, has motivation to learn more.
