Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food service operations within the food court, ensuring high service quality standards, smooth daily operations and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage food court tenants, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and operational requirements.
- Manage the foodcourt’s Point of Sales (POS) system. Assist with daily sales reconciliation processes and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the beverage bar, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service. This includes manpower deployment, stock inventory and monitoring, supervising the opening and closing of counters, accurate cash handling procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably with experience in food court operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, stock inventory systems, and POS operations.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
