We’re looking for a proactive and organized Admin (Accounts and HR) to join our Operations & Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Management Team, this role is essential to driving our operational and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Management:

  • Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee payroll processing, including statutory contributions and compliance.
  • Manage utility payments, billings, and day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and budget monitoring.

Human Resources Management:

  • Handle the complete employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, in compliance with the Malaysia Labour Act.
  • Manage documentation for expatriates (EXPATS) and related policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key authorities and agencies such as MOF, LHDN, MDEC, and local councils.
  • Coordinate company registrations, certifications, and other regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support:

  • Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining organized records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative assistance to support both operational and financial functions.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in both accounting and HR roles.
  • Professional certifications in accounting or HR are a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in managing a full set of accounts and payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, especially the Malaysia Labour Act and EXPATS policies.
  • Strong knowledge of liaising with government bodies like MOF, LHDN, MDEC, and local councils.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationships.
