Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and office operations within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements
- Support in onboarding processes for new employees (document collection, orientation, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing monthly attendance, and leave records
- Provide administrative support such as document filing, data entry, and office inventory tracking
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, and internal HR documents
- Support in organizing training sessions, meetings, or company events
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR/Admin department
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferably 3 Months and above internship period
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Preferably able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
