Responsibility
- Assists in data entry, filling and documentation
- Support the department’s daily activities
- Coordinate with internal department and external parties
- Assist in preparing and tracking claim expenses to maintain accurate records
- Assist in raising payment requisition (PR) to Account Department
- Any other duties assigned by the manager from time to time
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies / Human Resources / Supply Chain or equivalent
- CGPA: 3.0 and above
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Discipline, good in coordination and organizational skills
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
