  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a highly capable Factory Operation Manager to lead our daily operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

我们正在招聘一位具备管理能力的工厂营运经理，负责领导日常工厂营运，确保生产效率、安全与品质达标。

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责：

  • Lead and manage daily factory operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.

领导并管理工厂日常运作，包括生产、物流及质量控制。

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

制定并执行营运策略，提高生产效率，减少浪费。

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety regulations.

确保工厂符合 HACCP、ISO 22000 及其他食品安全标准。

  • Oversee workforce management, training, and performance evaluations.

管理员工团队、安排培训与绩效评估。

  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure raw material availability.

与采购及供应链团队合作，确保原料供应充足。

  • Monitor equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.

监督设备保养计划，防止设备停工。

  • Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

分析生产数据，推行持续改善计划。

  • Ensure timely production and delivery based on market demand.

Requirements | 职位要求：

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.

拥有食品科技、制造或相关领域的学士学位。

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

拥有最少7年制造或营运相关经验，其中至少3年担任管理职位。

  • Strong knowledge of food safety compliance and quality assurance.

精通食品安全规范与品质管理。

  • Experience in lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.

具备精益生产与成本节约执行经验。

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

具备出色的领导力、解决问题与决策能力。

  • Languages 语言要求：

Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency required.

懂基本马来语与英语，需精通华语。
