- We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an APAC Online Navigation Support. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent end-user support for our online booking tool. You will be responsible for attending to phone and email inquiries, supporting both internal and external customers, and ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing end-user support for our online booking tool, including troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through the booking process.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are logged and tracked in our ticketing system.
- Providing training to customers as needed to ensure that they can effectively use our online booking tool.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of our online booking tool by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Completed tertiary education.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate fluently and effectively via voice and email.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A team player who is willing to collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Japanese
- Japanese Language is a must (spoken and written)
