  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage Beauty Advisors, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Set KPIs, monitor sales performance, and coach the team to achieve targets.
  • Conduct store visits, engage with staff and customers, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and proper merchandise display.
  • Assist in sales, marketing, key accounts, and logistics to drive growth.
  • Plan Beauty Advisors’ schedules for optimal coverage.
  • Prepare retail reports and daily sell-out data with growth comparisons.
  • Gather market insights and track industry trends and competitors.
  • Implement and enforce retail programs to meet business goals.
  • Oversee BA hiring documentation and liaise with HR.
  • Ensure timely and accurate commission-related submissions.
  • Any other assignments or tasks distributed by the superior/company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, pro-active approach, possess strong leadership quality and a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision and highly committed.
  • Willing to learn, constructive, ability to problem solve and 'make things happen'.
  • Possess own transport, willing to travel outstation and work on weekends.
  • Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in managing retail outlets from FMCG, especially from personal care/beauty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 05/18/2025
