About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships within the insurance and related industries.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

· Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective partners.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new partnerships.

· Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the financial services or technology sectors (insurance experience is a plus).

· Understanding of business development principles and strategies.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and drive results.
