Position: Admin Support (Finance)

Location: Damansara

Salary: RM 2600 – RM 3000

Tenure: 1 year contract

Job Responsibility:

  • Financial Processing: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Expenditure Tracking: Monitor and report on operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expenditures, including monthly reconciliations.
  • Vendor & Dealer Management: Manage vendor documents, dealer chargebacks, and bank guarantees, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Asset Administration: Support asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and amortization processes.
  • Month-End Activities: Assist with journal entries, accruals, and financial closing tasks.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports (e.g., budgets, spending trends), and ensure audit-ready documentation.
  • General Support: Assist with office supplies, system access requests, and basic training for new hires.

Job Requirements:

  • Open for fresh grad
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field (preferable in Accounting, Engineering or Business Admin – Management / Finance)
  • Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office - especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Good command of English – Written and Verbal
  • Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
  • Finance and Accounting – Has some knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Process Driven and self-sufficient – ability to complete tasks independently following established procedures. Takes initiative to improve a process to become more efficient and effective
  • Organizational skills - Ability to plan and organize daily work routine effectively to meet deadlines, establish priorities to ensure work completion within the timeline, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals
  • Communication skills – Good communication skills and has problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills – Develop and maintain cooperative and professional relationships with people across the organization
  • Able to utilize the computer to effectively complete a variety of administrative tasks with reasonable speed and accuracy

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
