Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR-related letters, including offer letter, confirmation, contract renewal and other official documents.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, leave records and ensure employee information is kept up to date in the payroll system and staff portal.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment law, providing advice and support on HR matters.
  • To provide support to the payroll team by updating new joiners’ information in payroll software on time.
  • Prepare & provide HR relevant reports as and when required (reports including manpower headcount, thumbprint, staff leave).
  • Manage employees on boarding and off boarding and ensure its effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources / generalist HR role, experience in general office administration.
  • Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing business need
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
