  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • To secure competitive rates from various MOT ( Mode of Transport) Land Sea & Air
  • Customer Service knowledge in handling Ex works, DAP , FOB , DDU , DDP enquiries
  • Customer Service knowledge in handling Sea , Air & Land enquiries
  • To prepare D/O for collection, delivery & receiving cargo
  • To generate Invoice, CN & DN upon completion of a job
  • To complete Costing Sheet with all relavant documents for HOD verification
  • To provide Accounts with all verified costing sheet as per dateline
  • To maintain & store proper Job File for all completed jobs
  • To send SOA (statement of accounts) to respective customer, collection & to attend weekly collection meeting

AREA OF EXPERTISE

  • Logistics & Shipping
  • Customs Formalities such as K1/K2/K3/K8 , Temporary Import & ATA Carnet
  • Strong Communication Skills with local & overseas customers / Agent

Qualification

  • Min 3-4 years of experience as customer service in a logistics field
  • Possess growth oriented Philosophy and able to manage growth responsibly
  • Professional, polished appearance and demeanor is required
  • Remuneration RM 3500 onwards depending on experience
  • RESUME WITH PHOTO IS A MUST
