GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- To secure competitive rates from various MOT ( Mode of Transport) Land Sea & Air
- Customer Service knowledge in handling Ex works, DAP , FOB , DDU , DDP enquiries
- Customer Service knowledge in handling Sea , Air & Land enquiries
- To prepare D/O for collection, delivery & receiving cargo
- To generate Invoice, CN & DN upon completion of a job
- To complete Costing Sheet with all relavant documents for HOD verification
- To provide Accounts with all verified costing sheet as per dateline
- To maintain & store proper Job File for all completed jobs
- To send SOA (statement of accounts) to respective customer, collection & to attend weekly collection meeting
AREA OF EXPERTISE
- Logistics & Shipping
- Customs Formalities such as K1/K2/K3/K8 , Temporary Import & ATA Carnet
- Strong Communication Skills with local & overseas customers / Agent
Qualification
- Min 3-4 years of experience as customer service in a logistics field
- Possess growth oriented Philosophy and able to manage growth responsibly
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor is required
- Remuneration RM 3500 onwards depending on experience
- RESUME WITH PHOTO IS A MUST
