Admin Assistant
· Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
· Prepare and process shipping documentation (BLs, invoices, cargo manifests, etc.).
· Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, and clients for smooth operations.
· Maintain updated records of shipments, schedules, and regulatory compliance documents.
· Assist in arranging crew changes, transportation, and accommodations.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
· Support the finance team with invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
· Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime industry regulation
REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
· Prior experience in administrative support within a shipping or logistics company is an advantage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of shipping documentation and maritime procedures is a plus.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
