FIBRE INSTALLATION
- Resolve, repair and install fiber optics systems, ensuring that they work properly
- Examine and replace faulty and/or old fiber optic cables.
- Organize schedule maintenance routines.
- Able and willing to work during odd hours/ overtime.
- Take care of fiber splicing and rectify fiber optic problem areas.
- Execute premises cabling and take care of the underground/overhead cabling requirements.
CCTV System Installation:
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and other security system components at client sites.
- Mount and secure CCTV cameras in strategic locations based on site surveys and installation plans.
- Set up and configure network IP cameras, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality.
Wiring and Cabling:
- Install, route, and terminate structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, or coaxial) for CCTV systems.
- Perform cable pulling, laying, and management to ensure clean and organized installations.
- Conduct cable testing and troubleshooting to verify connections and ensure proper system functionality.
- Install conduit, raceways, and junction boxes as needed for wiring infrastructure.
System Configuration and Testing:
- Configure video management systems (VMS) and ensure proper setup of recording and monitoring functions.
- Test and calibrate CCTV systems to ensure full operation and coverage as per client requirements.
- Provide remote access setup for clients, including configuring mobile apps and remote monitoring.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance on installed CCTV systems, including cleaning cameras, checking connections, and updating software or firmware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as power failures, connectivity problems, or equipment malfunctions.
- Replace or repair faulty equipment, including cameras, power supplies, or cabling.
Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards:
- Ensure all installations meet the company’s quality standards, as well as industry and local regulations.
- Follow safety protocols during all phases of installation, particularly when working at heights or with electrical wiring.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, disposing of waste materials properly.
Client Support and Training:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients when needed, troubleshooting and resolving any issues with the CCTV system.
- Instruct clients on the basic operation of the CCTV system, including live monitoring, playback, and remote access features.
- Address client concerns or questions about their system’s performance and security features.
Progress Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all installation activities, including wiring layouts, equipment configurations, and work completed.
- Submit progress photos to Project Team for documentation reporting.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for each project.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
