Car Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of car models, features, capabilities, and specifications to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with past and prospective buyers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Suggest trade-ins and follow up on leads.
Sales Consultation: Understand customer needs and preferences, match them with suitable vehicles, and provide personalized recommendations. Test Drives &
Demonstrations: Lead test drives and showcase vehicle features, highlighting unique selling points such as warranties, services, and financing options. Closing the Sale: Address customer concerns, negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure all necessary paperwork, including contracts and financing, is completed accurately.
Sales Reporting: Complete regular reports to provide sales management with insights into performance, trends, and customer feedback.
Showroom Presentation: Assist in the organization and setup of the showroom and vehicle displays to enhance customer experience and visibility.
Ongoing Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle releases, and sales techniques through educational opportunities and professional reading.
Reputation Management: Uphold the dealership’s reputation by handling customer requests with professionalism and going above and beyond to meet their needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
