Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a background in chemistry to join our aerosol filling team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the aerosol filling team with daily administrative tasks and provide organizational support.
  • Production Records & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate production records, manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products, and ensure proper documentation of quality control logs.
  • Quality Control Compliance: Document and track quality control inspections, ensuring adherence to required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the stock of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with teams to maintain necessary inventory levels.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure that safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work with various departments to ensure smooth production processes and communication.
  • Scheduling & Follow-Ups: Schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Chemistry (with 3-5 years of experience) OR Degree in Chemistry (Fresh graduates welcome)
  • Experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with chemicals and machinery noise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
