- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle payroll data and leave records in collaboration with the accounts team
- Manage office supplies, administrative tasks, and support daily operations
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff inquiries and concerns
- Prepare reports and assist in HR audits when necessary
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to speak, write, read Mandarin is a must
