Job description Assist in managing Local and Foreign Workers administration matters. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements. Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate and conduct training and development programs. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management. Prepare HR reports and assist in HR audits. Requirements Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences or equivalent from recognized universities. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Basic knowledge of HR processes and local labor regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties. Working experience of 1 years in Human Resource is added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
