  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The IT Project Manager will play an important role in creating visually appealing, brand-aligned designs that support the company’s marketing, promotional, and event activities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Executive to work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and software engineers. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders, write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), create GitHub issues, follow up on project progress, and test results to ensure they meet requirements. The role involves coordination with both internal teams and external vendors.

Requirement

  • Experience in coordinating or assisting in software development projects.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to understand technical work without needing a deep technical background.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience using GitHub or similar tools for issue tracking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (WFH with office visits once a week).
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in e-commerce or enterprise system projects
    • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
    • Understanding of cloud-based infrastructures and software integrations.
