Customer Service and Product Guidance 1) Greet and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs to guide them in finding the ideal flooring or wall paneling solutions. 2) Offer personalized advice and recommendations to help customers make informed choices, supporting them throughout the selection process. 3) Follow up with client’s post-consultation, ensuring any additional questions or needs are met to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Sales Strategies and Outreach 1) Conduct cold calls to reach potential clients, maintain ongoing communication, and build relationships that foster long-term sales growth. 2) Proactively follow up on leads, providing additional product details, pricing, and other relevant information to encourage conversions. 3) Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience and a timely resolution to maintain customer trust. Project Coordination and Installation Support 1) Collaborate closely with installation teams to ensure seamless coordination and scheduling for customer projects. 2) Conduct site visits to take measurements and confirm details, enabling accurate product selection and customized solutions for each client. 3) Oversee site coordination with installers, ensuring product installation aligns with customer expectations and timelines. Operational Excellence and Target Achievement 1) Manage timely delivery of products and services, coordinating logistics to guarantee that project schedules are met. 2) Consistently work to achieve personal and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success. 3) Keep track of sales records, customer interactions, and progress towards goals, providing regular reports to management.
