Position: Admin Assistant (2pax) Salary Range: RM2500 Working Location: Senai JB Company Background: Hardware Company (MNC) Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon – Friday) Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave and Sick Leave Job Scopes Assist in all training-related matters Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationery, office equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), etc In-charge of office facilities management including operation related maintenance and contracts matters Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting for timely payment to vendors Manage company’s accreditation programs with regards to maintenance of quality records and ISO management programs Handle ISO document control process to ensure documentation is up-to-date Assist in organising / coordinating company events and activities Performs any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by superior Job Requirements Fresh graduate welcomed to apply , or at least 1 year related working experience Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking vendors) Previous experience in handling ISO is an advantage An organised and pro-active team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
