Requirements * Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree related in food . * Preferably minimum 2 years and above experience on relevant role IN FROZEN FOOD INDUSTRY . * Computer literate - Microsoft Office and system . * Responsible, initiative and ability to meet deadlines . * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, resulted-oriented and highly motivated. * Knowledges for all related to food audits and certification. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in auditing in terms of FSSC 22000 / supplier audit would be added advantage. Responsibilities * Ensuring that FSSC 22000 & HACCP Food Safety systems are established, implemented and maintained in accordance to the Food Safety Standards. * Responsible to co-ordinate the company internal & external HACCP, FSSC 22000 audits and management * review on the performance of the quality & food safety systems as a basis for continuous improvement. * Maintain and update the HACCP, FSSC 22000 & GMP program * Provide individual or group training to production employees on product specifications, formulas, visual quality inspection criteria, GMP, Food Safety procedures * Verify production paperwork and perform QA Verification checks to meet HACCP/FSSC 22000 Standards * Ensure proper rework documentation is completed. * Represent company for customer quality/food safety audits when necessary * To do trend analysis for pest control.
