Executive Director

Leadership & Strategy • Lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan. • Foster a high-performing organizational culture aligned with the mission and values. • Represent the organization externally to key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and media. Governance & Board Relations • Collaborate with the Board to fulfill the organization’s mission and objectives. • Provide regular updates on operational, financial, and programmatic performance. • Ensure effective communication and alignment between staff and the Board. Operations & Team Management • Oversee daily operations and ensure effective execution of programs and services. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team and staff. • Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness. Financial Oversight • Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the finance team. • Ensure sound financial practices and regulatory compliance. • Drive fundraising, grant acquisition, and revenue generation strategies. External Relations & Advocacy • Build and maintain relationships with partners, donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders. • Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for the organization’s mission. • Promote the organization's visibility and reputation through public speaking, events, and media engagement.
