How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Assessing Patient.
  • Check patient in holding area with checklist to ensure all information are correct.
  • Identifies and documents changes in health status which may interfere with planned surgery.
  • Notifies anaesthetist or surgeon on the changes in health status.
  • Daily clean and prepare in readiness for patients.
  • Ensure all equipments are available and in good working condition.
  • Once notified of cases, collect all necessary instruments / disposables – notify nurse manager if items not available
  • Carries out care plan according to the protocol by documenting correctly in the intra operative report
  • Participates in the correct billing of patient by charging all disposables used.
  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Nursing only
  • Minimum 1 year's of working experience in nursing field
  • Post Basic will be an added advantage
  • Must have valid LJM & Annual Practising Certificate / Retention of Name
  • Required to work in Kepong
  • Salary credited into account by 28th every month.
  • Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Compassionate Leave, Examination Leave, Training Leave & Sabatical leave.
  • Maternity Leave up to 90 days.
