Report to: Manager, Facilities Management Job Overview: Driver is responsible for transporting Top Management, Staff, stakeholders to and from school, events, and activities using a school vehicles. They must ensure the safety and well-being of the stakeholders during transportation and maintain the vehicles in good condition. Provides the school a level of facility care that will assure maximum educational utility as well as a healthy, comfortable, and safe environment for stakeholders, staff, and public. Key Responsibilities: · Safely drive the CEO to and from meetings, appointments, and other engagements. · Good time management to plan and optimize routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals. · Assist with luggage and other items as needed. · Operating a school vehicle to transport stakeholders to and from school, events, business trips and activities. · Ensuring the safety of stakeholders during transportation by following traffic rules and safety procedures · Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, both inside and out · Conducting routine safety checks on the vehicle, such as checking the brakes, lights, and tires · Preventive check on EV charging station. · Vehicle services, maintenance and local authorities’ inspection and approval. · Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the Facility Management Office. · Maintaining accurate records of transportation schedules, routes, and mileage. · Following all school policies and procedures related to transportation and student safety. · Attending training sessions and meetings related to school transportation policies and procedures. · Inspecting and troubleshooting issues within the facilities and taking appropriate action to resolve them. · Responding to emergency events requests as needed. · Is on-call for emergencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. · All other duties as assigned. Requirements: · Valid category competent driving license (CDL) driving license with Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license and a clean driving record. · Minimum five years of experience in vehicle driving or related field. · Good communication skills and be able to work with stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. · Computer literate, ability to use facilities related applications. · Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with others. · Good communication and organization skills. · A team player · Valid First Aid/CPR Cards preferred.
