We seek a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Everly Putrajaya. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms and public areas. We are looking for candidates with a management background to lead and motivate our housekeeping team. Job Description:- -Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housekeeping aides. -Plan and coordinate daily housekeeping tasks and schedules to ensure timely room turnovers. -Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness standards. -Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff, including on safety and cleaning procedures. -Order and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory. -Collaborate with the front desk to prioritize room assignments and guest requests. -Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping. -Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping team members. Job Requirement:- -Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. -Must have credit in English and Mathematics in SPM. -Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or management role is preferred. -Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train a team. -Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. -Knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning procedures are preferable -Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. -Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. -Familiarity with safety and sanitation protocols. -High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or management is a plus.
