1) Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the residents are well taken care and update the clients accordingly 2) Manage phone calls, correspondence & answering enquiries or complaints about the services (email, letters, packages etc) 3) Interact and co-operate with all stakeholders of the organiation, its suppliers and resident family members/clients/customers 4) Work closely with the Finance team to ensure the invoices are sent out on time to the respective clients 5) Regularly sending the update to the resident family members 6) Attend to enquiries and complaints from clients 7) Responsible to promote the service packages to the public 8) Work closely with the marketing team to develop the marketing plan together with the brochures, flyers, posters to promote the services via various marketing tools and platforms 9) Responsible to organize activities for the residents and family members 10) Ad-hoc assignment from reporting manager from time to time Job Requirements: 1) Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field 2) 1-2 years relevant working experience is needed especially in the Customer Service field 3) Love & enjoy interacting with different level of people 4) Love & enjoy to bring joy and fun to different level of people while maintaining the professionalism in customer service spectrum.
