1. Prepare purchase orders, record and file all related documentation for the purchasing process. 2. Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers/ contractors to achieve the best pricing while ensuring high-quality standards and excellent service. 3. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers/ contractors to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services. 4. Compile and submit a full set of documents (Invoice, Delivery Order, PO, Quotation, Purchase 5. Request Form) to the Accounts Department. 6. Assist in sourcing suppliers and handling procurement for new projects. 7. Evaluate and monitor suppliers/ contractors performance to ensure compliance with ISO standards. 8. Monitor and update purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. 9. Oversee buildings, warehouses and showrooms maintenance, including lighting, air conditioning, roller shutters, televisions, fire extinguishers, pest control and etc. 10. Generate and submit a showroom maintenance report and outstanding PO report by the 15th of every month. 11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
