Please read the job details before apply: Position : Facilities Technician Company Background : Facilities Services Working hours : 12 hours shift rotation Working Location : KLIA, Sepang Working Duration : 12 months contract with Kelly Services Requirements Diploma and below in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Civil Engineering 1-3 years working experience in Facilities both operation and maintenance Knowledge in M&E building services Hands-on skills in facilities maintenance. Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Breakdown Maintenance work. Ability to trouble-shoot electrical / mechanical problems. Able to work under minimum supervision. Responsibility : Perform preventive, predicative, corrective and periodic maintenance. Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown notice in accordance to the priority and response time. Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair request to Help Desk and Supervisor. To record and compile all maintenance checklist and daily report. To record and compile all the equipment maintenance report. To implement other team if required PPM or major breakdown. To comply work quality as per ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS). To implement 5’s policies in all plant room/workplace. Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative.
