Job Description: • Conduct engineering surveys and establish control points for fabrication, structural works, and building construction projects. • Perform layout and setting-out for civil, structural, and mechanical components including pile foundations, tanks, pipe systems, steel structures, and equipment installations. • Maintain, calibrate, and operate advanced survey instruments such as Total Stations, Auto Levels, and Digital Levels. • Review technical drawings, blueprints, and coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment accuracy for fabrication and erection works. • Prepare, maintain, and submit survey documentation, joint records, and survey protocols for internal and client verification. • Provide support for topographic surveys, site profiling, and as-built data capture for engineering and project documentation. • Ensure survey accuracy and precision in key construction activities such as pipe spooling, pressure vessel installations, skid fabrication, and plant equipment alignment. • Work closely with the EPCC, MRO, and construction teams during plant shutdowns, infrastructure modifications, and equipment relocation. • Identify and correct discrepancies between on-site conditions and design documents, supporting timely project adjustments. • Provide technical advice and troubleshooting related to survey control issues during project execution.
