We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive or Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly variance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Full Set of Accounts Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards. General Ledger (GL) Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of general ledger entries. Review and maintain journal entries and supporting documentation. Accounts Payable (AP) Verify and process supplier invoices and staff claims. Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments. Perform monthly reconciliation of AP aging.Accounts Receivable (AR) Issue customer invoices, follow up on outstanding receivables. Monitor and manage aging reports to ensure timely collections. Reconcile customer accounts and handle discrepancies. Variance Analysis & Financial Reporting Prepare monthly financial and management reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Analyze budget vs actual performance and highlight key variances. Support management in business decision-making with insightful financial analysis. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders. Assist in preparation of annual audit and tax filing. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
