II Key Accountabilities: 1. Report directs to General Manager 2. To conduct tool box meeting and safety induction for new staff. 3. Designs methods for appraising safety conditions in warehouses, factories, or offices. 4. To Lead Safety/EHS Committee team to manage all safety & Health related aspects within local regulatory act (OSHA, FMA & DOSH) 5. To check and approve working condition, hazardous chemicals / substances before installation and disposal 6. Organize and coordinate company Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team (ERT) 7. Conducting regular inspection, accident/incident investigations, hazard identifications, risk assessments, risk control measures and follow-ups on the Job Safety Analysis 8. Efficiently and effectively monitor and update the Register of Corrective Action Request (CAR) on a regular basis 9. Liaise with relevant authorities such as DOSH, DOE< BOMBA, Local Authority to ensure that any ESH matter is attended to and resolved promptly and prudently agencies on HSE issues 10. Conduct safety awareness programs or training to all level employees from time to time 11. Inspects working conditions to ensure all products and activities are compliant with safety guidelines. 12. Oversees use of dangerous chemicals and machinery. 13. Suggests revisions to production methods and employee activity that does not meet health and safety codes. 14. Recalls defective and unsafe products and machinery. 15. Orders safety gear and supplies for workplace. 16. Stays up to date on new state and federal health and safety regulations. 17. Runs emergency drills to gauge employee readiness. 18. Consults with company manager regarding the implementation of new safety procedures. 19. Addresses any workplace-related health issues and accidents. 20. Processes workers compensation documentation. 21. Works with legal department to address any health and safety-related lawsuits. 22. Develop HSE Planning Program 23. Develop Tender for HSE Division 24. Writes up reports detailing inspection process 25. Writes and revises company safety handbook. 26. Ensure all Safety Passport is Update all time 27. Ensure Medical Staff is updating all time 28. To update & monitor all relevant passports of employees (International / Offshore) 29. To update & monitor employees training/certificate/pass/work permit as required by client. 30. To assist overall operations & maintenance team to do assessment for safety & health related matters (e.g.: EHS Trainings, safety equipment maintenance, company safety rules & regulation implementation) 31. To assist operation team if shortage manpower upon approval General Manager. 32. To assist HR/Admin if required
