Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaison a) Act as the main point of contact for government agencies ensuring compliance with all regulations related to:  Bomba (Fire & Rescue Department) - Ensuring workplace fire safety compliance and obtaining necessary certifications.  Alma Sekitar (Environmental Department) - Managing compliance with environmental laws and sustainability policies.  JKKP (Department of Occupational Safety & Health - DOSH) - Ensuring workplace safety measures, audits and risk assessments are met.  Police - Coordinating with law enforcement for security-related matters affecting employees or company property.  Land Office - Managing land-related compliance and resolving any land ownership or usage issues.  Prepare and submit required reports, permits and documentation to relevant authorities within deadlines.  Ensure company policies align with government regulations to avoid legal complications. 3. Illegal Factory Status Monitoring a) Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure company operations comply with local zoning and industrial regulations. b) Liaise with local councils and authorities to address concerns related to factory legality. c) Take corrective action if the factory is flagged as operating illegally including securing the necessary approvals. 4. Staff Insurance Claims Management a) Process and manage employee insurance claims efficiently ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups. b) Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate smooth claim settlements. c) Educate employees on insurance benefits, claim procedures and eligibility. d) Keep track of pending claims and escalate any unresolved issues. 5. SOCSO Claims & Employee Welfare a) Handle SOCSO (Social Security Organization) claims for workplace injuries, disabilities and medical benefits. b) Assist employees in filling out necessary forms and submitting required documents. c) Follow up with SOCSO to ensure timely processing of claims and benefits. d) Maintain records of all SOCSO claims for internal reference and compliance purposes. 6. Land Title Management (Kati Land Titles) a) Maintain and update records of Kati land titles owned or leased by the company. b) Ensure compliance with land title regulations and coordinate any necessary legal paperwork. c) Work with legal advisors and land offices to resolve land ownership or lease-related issues. 7. Certificate of Occupancy (COA) for Concept & Techniray a) Manage the application and renewal of the Certificate of Occupancy (COA) for Concept & Techniray. b) Ensure that all building and operational requirements are met before applying for COA approval. c) Work with local authorities, engineers and consultants to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS a) Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. b) Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, compliance or a similar role. c) Strong knowledge of labor laws, foreign worker regulations and workplace safety standards. d) Experience in handling insurance claims, SOCSO benefits and land title documentation is an advantage. e) Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with government agencies and employees. f) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
