Job Scopes: 1. Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortages, machine malfunctions, and other manufacturing problems. 2. Supervising company personnel to ensure that production plans are executed. 3. Overseeing the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output. 4. Coordinate with Quality Control Team to ensure products meet standards. 5. Providing training and guidance to production staff to develop their skills. 6. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. 7. Responsible to closely monitor and manage subordinates' attendance and discipline. 8. Responsible for all company purchasing activities. 9. To undertake other ad-hoc tasks when required. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma or Degree in any field. 2. At least 2-3 years working experience in similar position. 3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Good interpersonal, communication skills and positive work attitude. 5. Ability to organize, possess good attitude and integrity. 6. Must be fully conversant with Microsoft office applications such as Words and Excel.
