Hub Planner

Job Description: - Manage layout, equipment, and personnel allocation for new and existing Hubs across the Malaysian market. - Collaborate with relevant departments to identify suitable locations and oversee Hub relocation, renovation, and setup. - Implement Hub security policies and oversee Hub security patrols to minimize risk of malpractice and ensure the safety of parcels. - Track daily attendance rates and assist in manpower scheduling, ensuring sufficient manpower especially during peak sale seasons. - Identify operational bottlenecks, establish and improve workflow standards and maintain SOP compliance. - Communicate with relevant departments to improve and strengthen emergency response procedures. - Possesses own transport and willing to travel across Malaysia. - Support ad hoc tasks and report progress regularly. Job requirement: - Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory as the candidate will be required to liaise and communicate with Mandarin Speaking stakeholders. - Experience in data analysis, project management, or cross-department collaboration are preferred. - No industrial experience required, but candidates with experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Planning will have added advantage. - Possess basic knowledge of Logistical terms, and familiar with analysis tools. - Highly organized and systematic, able to work well under pressure. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications - Willing to work for 6 days a week. - Willing to work on rotational shift.
