QC Inspector / Assistant (Food Manufacturing)

Job Overview / Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring that all food products are of the highest quality and meet the required safety standards. You will work closely with the production and quality control teams to inspect and monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality control standards. Key role and responsibilities: 1. Conduct routine inspections of production facilities and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards. 2. Conduct regular inspections of production processes, ingredients, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements and regulations. 3. Conduct tests and sampling of ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. 4. Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and safety. 5. Perform product testing and analysis, including sensory evaluation and microbiological testing. 6. Document and report any quality control issues, including non-conformances and corrective actions taken. 7. Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions. 8. Communicate with production, packing and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. 9. Collaborate with production, packing and quality control teams to ensure that all processes and procedures are in compliance with quality control standards. 10. Participate in the development of new products and processes to ensure that quality and safety standards are met. 11. Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and audits. 12. Assist in the preparation of quality control reports and documentation. 13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and safety. 14. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for food safety and quality control. 15. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
