  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The essential tasks of Field Service Engineer consist of, but are not limited to the following: Technical and service-related duties and responsibilities • Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection. • Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs. • Participate in service and repair of gas detectors, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects. • Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, lead engineers, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries. • Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency. • To provide support to other service activities that may be assigned in the course of work. • To conduct pre inspection (per sales) for new equipment in house or at site (warehouse) • Effective communication of technical information to employees, customers, and external parties in an accurate and concise manner in both a written and verbal media. Sales related responsibilities • Proactively follow up on the new contracts/ contract renewals for the expiring contract
