JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Perform Data Entry for Stock Inventory - Accurately input stock information into the inventory management system, including new stock arrivals, stock movement, and stock adjustments - Ensure all product codes, quantities, and descriptions are correctly recorded to avoid discrepancies - Regularly update stock levels to reflect real-time availability - Work closely with the warehouse or stock team to verify physical stock matches system records - Generate stock reports and highlight any inconsistencies or low-stock items for replenishment 2. Provide Support to the Customer Service Team - Assist customer service representatives in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat - Help resolve basic customer issues such as order status, product information, and stock availability - Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions - Coordinate with other departments to follow up on customer orders, returns, or complaints - Contribute to improving the customer experience by providing timely and helpful assistance REQUIREMENT: - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field. - At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or clerical roles. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
