  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

i. Authorized to perform an inspection and testing of materials, equipment and products to ensure that all quality requirements are met. ii. Authorized in preparation of dosimeters for the usage by operation department, issue of dosimeter, keeping the stock level and safe keeping of dosimeter as per documented procedure. iii. Authorized in analysis of dosimeter after irradiated and record the finding in the relevant quality record. iv. Responsible to report to QA Supervisor of any non-conformance in materials, equipments or products and to ensure that all non-conforming items are well labeled and segregated. v. Responsible to ensure that the placement and retrieval of dosimeters are being carried out as per the documented procedure. vi. Responsible to assist the QA Supervisor in carried out the monthly QA Inspection. vii. Responsible to collate records of irradiation processes and compiled into batch report and made available for verification and approval by Senior QA Manager/ Executive for product release. viii. Responsible on all other responsibilities that commensurate with his experience and qualification as assigned by his superior officer.
