As Flower Frenzie continues to expand in both B2B and B2C markets, the Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client segments, including 5-star hotels, corporate clients, and direct consumers. Key Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in floristry, hospitality, retail, or event management. - Experience in managing corporate clients, especially in the hotel, event, or luxury sector, is an advantage. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure and retain high-value clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-end clients professionally. - Understanding of floral design, arrangements, and event décor trends. - Knowledge of digital sales tools, including WhatsApp marketing and e-commerce platforms. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client demands simultaneously. Job Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Growth - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from Flower Frenzie’s B2B (hotels, corporate events, luxury retail) and B2C (walk-ins, WhatsApp, website) channels. - Build and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients (including the 7 hotels Flower Frenzie serves), ensuring contract renewals and upselling opportunities. - Identify and secure new business opportunities, especially in the luxury event and hospitality sector. - Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management. 2. Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. - Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients to assess satisfaction and identify new floral needs. - Work closely with hotel partners to ensure their floral arrangements align with their brand aesthetics and seasonal themes. - Handle client concerns, complaints, or special requests professionally and efficiently. 3. Marketing & Promotional Support - Work with the marketing team to strategize seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and exclusive floral packages. - Provide insights for WhatsApp sales campaigns, ensuring product offerings align with customer preferences. - Assist in curating product selections for Flower Frenzie’s website and social media to boost online sales. - Develop corporate gifting and floral subscription packages to attract repeat business. 4. Operational Coordination - Coordinate closely with the florist team to ensure timely, high-quality order fulfillment. - Ensure that pricing, packaging, and service quality are consistent with Flower Frenzie’s premium brand standards. 5. Reporting & Market Insights - Track and analyze sales performance, preparing monthly reports for management. - Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and promotions, providing recommendations for improvements. - Gather feedback from clients to enhance Flower Frenzie’s services and floral offerings.
